Wendie Harvey

Chairperson

Wendie Harvey is Chair of Eastland Infrastructure Limited and Chair of Water Hawke’s Bay Limited. She also serves as Deputy Chair of TAB New Zealand and is a Director of Aurora Energy Limited, Unison Networks Limited, Port Taranaki Limited and Counties Power Limited.

She is an experienced professional director with extensive governance expertise across infrastructure, utilities and other asset-intensive sectors, with a strong focus on strategy, commercial performance and long-term value creation.

 

Hamish Bell

Director

Hamish Bell is an experienced independent director with broad commercial experience across Asia and New Zealand. He joined the Eastland Group’s board in 2021, and currently chairs Eastland Infrastructure’s Finance, Audit & Risk Committee. Hamish has a background in banking, corporate finance, private equity, investor relations and stockbroking. He serves on a range of boards including Ahuriri Investment Management, The Selwyn Foundation, Selwyn Village, Leaderbrand, New Zealand Opera and the advisory board of Marsh NZ.

André Lovatt

Director

André Lovatt brings more than 20 years of leadership experience delivering major infrastructure and construction projects across New Zealand and the Asia Pacific. As Chief Executive of Leighs Construction, he leads one of New Zealand's leading construction companies. Previously, André was Chief Infrastructure Officer at KiwiRail, following senior leadership roles at Auckland Airport, the Arts Centre of Christchurch and Arup in Singapore. He also has extensive governance experience and is a trustee of the Blake Trust.

Brodie Stevens

Director

Brodie Stevens is an experienced logistics, transport and maritime executive with extensive leadership and governance experience across the shipping, ports and supply chain sectors. He is an Independent Director of Port of Tauranga, PrimePort Timaru and New Zealand Post, and serves as a trustee of the New Zealand Maritime Superannuation Fund, the Whanganui Collegiate School Foundation and the New Zealand Maritime Museum Foundation. Brodie previously spent nearly 20 years as Country Manager of Swire Shipping New Zealand, leading one of the country's largest shipping and logistics businesses.
